Stop Smoking Service:
- Offers a free, friendly
and confidential service by specialist advisors
- Gives
advice on the best way to quit smoking and is tailored for all
communities and cultures
- Gives
information on medication to help you cope with withdrawal symptoms,
ie NRT (patches, gum etc) Zyban and Champix.
- Offers
group sessions and individual appointments
- Provides
home visits
- Provides
confidential bedside service to patients at the L&D Hospital
- Has
access to translators for most languages (eg Urdu, Bangali)
